We have always felt quite safe in leaving him the keys to the house and vacating for the duration of the renovation.

My name is Joanne McQuinn and I am the mother of Amanda, a five year-old girl with physical disabilities that are the result of a stroke suffered during brain tumor surgery in October of 2005. Amanda is able to walk with the aid of a walker, but it does not fit through most of the doorways in our home, forcing her to crawl. In order for Amanda to gain independence, our home requires costly renovations to make it more accessible.
In July of 2007, Amanda was selected from over 180 applications to receive a barrier-free home renovation at no cost. Triple R Inc. was one of only two contractors to “step up to the plate” and donate their time and expertise to the project, which is currently underway. Not only has Bobby donated time to work on the renovations, but he has spent a significant amount of his own personal time in meetings and negotiations with various suppliers to obtain donated supplies.
Bobby’s dedication to this project and our daughter’s independence is amazing and we are truly grateful!

My husband and I had just finished working with another Contractor that left us feeling skeptical and hesitant. A chance meeting brought Bobby Assadourian and Triple R Inc into our lives. I believe it was a divine intervention. From the first meeting, we knew we had found the right company to renovate our kitchen, expanding it to include our dining room. It was a huge undertaking, as we realized it would be months due to numerous factors with the design and support of our home. During this Reno, we also had our exterior upgraded, new garage doors, lighting and speakers. Once again, Triple R Inc took care of us. With Bobby’s amazing employees – Ryan, Bentley and Jonathan, our house became our home. Throughout the entire experience, they were very professional, respectful and treated our home as if it was theirs. Everyday we came home to new changes, more information and smiles. All four of them made us believe and trust in people again.
I cannot say enough about the positive experience during the change to our home. We were asked, “how’s your marriage holding up?”, as it seems that most couples struggle through renovations. Thanks to the impeccable workmanship and care, we had no worries or issues. Bobby was always upfront with any concerns, potential changes and timelines. Ryan, Bentley and Jonathan worked tirelessly to complete the job. Our Christmas gift for 2012 was Triple R Inc doing our reno. When the work was all done………and looking absolutely beautiful……..we missed them. Bobby, Ryan, Bentley and Jonathan were like family.
Bobby taught us the importance of licencing, contracts/quotes, and honesty. What you see is what you get with Triple R Inc. What more can you ask for !

“Just Ask Bob” is a great show! I first saw your “Just Ask Bob” segment about a year ago on Hamilton Life. As a home owner, I take particular interest in home improvement and repair projects, and consider myself an enthusiastic but limited ‘beginner’. After seeing numerous segments of “Just Ask Bob” on tv, I contacted the company Triple R Inc. for some contractor work I required. To my surprise, it was Bobby himself who came to my door! (I did not imagine it would be an actual “tv personality”). Mr. Assadourian promptly provided me with an information package about his business, and the various certificates, insurance, and memberships he requires as a contractor. I was very impressed with Mr. Assadourian’s professionalism, expertise, and honesty on a wide range of home reno/repair issues. He seemed genuine about providing tips and advice on projects I could do myself and save some money. In fact, Bobby has come to my home numerous times for repair issues that ended up being “troubleshooting” sessions, after which I managed to complete the work myself. These consultations have not cost me a dime, and yet Bobby could have easily tried to swindle me into buying something I didn’t need. I consider him to be our local Hamilton version of the internationally known Mike Holmes! I truly enjoy his show and hope it will continue running on Hamilton Life. I just love it and am a big fan!

A brief note to indicate how delighted my wife and I were with our recent dealings with Triple R Contracting (Bobby Assadourian)..what started as a simple dishwasher installation turned into an example of customer service and professionalism I thought was long gone. Bobby showed up on time..Was respectful..Listened Very Well…Cleaned up….Was Highly skilled…Honoured every word he spoke..Genuinely cared. In short he did the job RIGHT for a fair price while looking after his customer..Imagine that!!
Oh how refreshing that is in todays world!! It turned out my old dishwasher had been improperly installed by the previous owner and was a “safety timebomb”. I have always believed that quality is well worth paying for and in many years of dealing with contractors with 8 different properties I have never found such an example of Skill combining with customer service….totally over the top experience…would invite any future customers to contact me for more details..I look forward to future dealings with Bobbie and his company… Thks for a job well done!
